A multi-storey complete redesign of log cabin in Collingwood, ON

Project

This traditional log cabin was built by combining two cabins into one!  The space was feeling a little disjointed with different finishes throughout.  All this was remedied by installing a new floor and carrying the style and color palette throughout the entire space. Stay tuned for the final look!

Inspiration

A marriage of ski cabin meets modern was the desired outcome for this renovation.  So we took mid-century modern and Scandinavian design as a starting point and infused it with today's minimalist approach to get this fresh, cozy and very inviting space that achieves the desired look.

The Client

This professional couple has multiple residences but want this place to be the one at which they hang up their hat for a while.  They love a diamond in the rough so when they bought this cabin they knew an entire redesign would be involved and came to us for some help.
