We gave this young family's living room a mid-century-meets-luxe makeover they're sure to enjoy.
ProjectThis young family has incredible style but found themselves a little stuck when it came to tying their open concept basement together. They had a simple guidelines for us - work a black and white color scheme in with banana leaf wallpaper that reminds them of their favorite place to stay - The Beverly Hills Hotel.

InspirationThe banana leaf wallpaper and our clients' love of rap music were our jump off point. We fused a black and white palette with gold accents for a glam vibe, while the Martinique wallpaper gives the space beautiful focal points. A vintage cow hide rug pulls everything together and gives this space a desired outcome - California cool & casual.

The ClientA young family of four who love travelling in general but especially love spending time in Beverly Hills. The task was simple - bring the feel of their favorite place into their open concept basement. The rest of their home is sheer perfection and it was fun bringing this space to match their personality and give them a place to spend time as a family and entertain.
