We are passionate about transforming environments and delivering exceptional results for our diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a talented Intermediate Interior Designer to join our creative team.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and preferences.

Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Conduct site visits and oversee installation to ensure design integrity and quality.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and LayOut

Knowledge of Enscape and Revit would be an asset

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and support our leadership in achieving our vision.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our design firm by providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication between the design team and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Handle front desk, interface with clients, calls, respond to emails, manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.

Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Wave.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Act as a liaison between the executive, designers and clients/vendors. Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Client and Vendor Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate internal meetings and ensure effective communication between team members.

Project Management: Oversee office supplies, manage facility maintenance, and ensure the office environment supports our creative process.

Office Management: Organize and coordinate events, including client meetings, design presentations, and firm functions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in the interior design or creative industry is a plus.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette.
