OUR PROCESS
1. INTAKE + PROGRAMMING
First we set up a scope of work consultation in order to provide a design fee proposal. Upon project kickoff, we set up an on site final criteria meeting where gather all information required to commence the design process.
2. DESIGN + SOURCING
This phase is where the design magic happens. We come up with a design, gather project related data in order to present you with the most comprehensive design package.
3. PRESENTATION + REVISIONS
Once the design is completed, we will set up an in-studio presentation complete with 3D digital walkthroughs, material samples and CAD drawings, One revision is always included in our design to ensure we get the design just right..
4. PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
Once the design has been approved, we budget out the project. Once budget is approved, we collect all required deposits in order to begin the renovation phase. All furnishing & fixture orders will be placed and sent to our warehouse for storage and inspection until ready for delivery.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team organizes, schedules and ensures all trades are on site complete with regular site visits and quality checks. Budget tracking and weekly check-ins are part of our project management service allowing you to focus on things you do best.
6. STYLING + SETUP
Once the renovation phase draws to a close, we will set up an install date where all furnishings, art & decor are brought on site. We will hang all art & fluff every pillow. Your space will be styled to perfection and ready for some serious livin’.
